Suresh Raina and Cheteshwar Pujara of Chennai Super Kings are in full preparation mode for the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League. CSK will begin their IPL 2021 campaign on April 10 in Mumbai against the previous year's runners-up Delhi Capitals, led by MS Dhoni.

Meanwhile, Raina has been training in Ghaziabad and will soon join the rest of the CSK squad at the Chennai training camp. Raina recently posted a video of his workout routine on social media, revealing his final workout before joining the CSK squad.

Raina has appeared in 193 IPL games for CSK and is the team's leading run-scorer. So far, the southpaw has racked up 5,388 runs, including 38 fifties and a century. He didn't play in the earlier edition of the IPL, held in the United Arab Emirates. After joining the team in the bio-bubble in Dubai, he decided to withdraw from the tournament.

Cheteshwar Pujara, a Test specialist for India, also hit the nets before attending the CSK training camp. For the first time since 2014, the 33-year-old was able to secure an IPL contract. CSK bought the right-handed batsman for Rs 50 lakh in the IPL mini-auction in February.

In the meantime, CSK, the three-time IPL champions, had a forgettable season last year, finishing seventh and missing out the playoffs for the first time in the tournament's history. The yellow brigade will look to get off to a good start this season, with preparations underway at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Dhoni, Ambati Rayudu, and a few other uncapped players have been training there for a while.
